HEDAC school module

Each interviewed (community leaders, teachers, students) to determine the needs for the community. From that information HEDAC built a school model from which to operate from.  Rather than hand out charity, we required communities to be a partner and participate in any projects impemented in their community.  The community provided non-professional labor, HEDAC provided fur the purchase of materials and supplies and the municipality provided professional labor. Below are before and after pictures of some of the projects.
